Marcello Tahitoe better known by the name Ello (born in Jakarta, February 20, 1983, age 27 years) is an Indonesian singer. Ello new music album out no more than three albums.
Titled his debut album was released on his own name and entered February 28, 2005 best-selling albums in a row. This can not be separated from the hit single, entitled Go To Back which no other is his own father's work. To date the album has recorded sales of more than 150 thousand copies, and is entitled to receive a certificate of PLATINUM.
Ello existence grew stronger as Anugerah Music Indonesia (AMI) in 2005 gave two awards for the album as well as himself, namely "Best Album" and "Best Newcomer".
Ello is the youngest child of three siblings, and partner musician Diana Nasution and Minggus Tahitoe .
Currently he is still sitting at the end of the semester Diploma in Advertising - FISIP UI.
Ello launched his second album in early February 2009, entitled Realistic / Idealists.
This album marks the return of Ello in the music scene after a previous homeland skyrocketed to Go to Back singles taken from his debut solo album.
How Ello brings his music this time?
"If the first album had a lot of dominance of the keyboard, in this second album explores a lot of my guitar sound. The format of the music itself more towards alternative pop. What is certain according to my album is fun, simple, and reflects what I feel at this moment." Ello clearly established.
