Repvblik are a rock band from Indonesia. Band officially formed March 24, 2004 and is headquartered in Bogor city has six members, namely Ruri (vocals), Hexa (rhythm guitar), Lafi Hariyatulafian (bass), Tyar (keyboards, backing vocals), Chiel (drums), and EI (lead guitar).
Biography
Initially each have a band and compete on every festival, held in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Bandung. Then they come together because the band hit each vacuum. They also synergize with a spirit of nationalism, the young children who still carry the name of this student on state REPVBLIK.
Got their first album was released "Punya Arti " in 2007 with the hits single "Hanya Ingin Kau Tahu." The success of this album made them dare to release a repackage album titled "Arti Baru." In this second album, they put two new songs, namely "Buatku Abadi" (which also became the first hit song from this album) and "Sudah Cukup".
Towards the month of ramadhan in 1428 AH (2007 AD), Repvblik participate graced by issuing religious albums My life is in my path (2007) with six tracks mainstay.
